Payment and subscription records are used when you buy services. Device and notification information may be used to deliver app updates.
Why information is used
Information supports accounts, professional profiles, job applications, candidate discovery, CV generation, subscriptions, communication and support. AI-assisted features process the information you provide for the requested draft. Review generated content before sharing it.
Who may receive information
Profile and application information may be shared with the employers or recruiters involved in your chosen workflow. Service providers support hosting, communications, AI and payments. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or with your permission. Review the information you submit and the policies of any external application site.
This marketing website
This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Contact and deletion forms prepare an email in your own mail application; they do not store form entries on this static website. The hosting provider may process normal server access logs. Store links and the web app open separate services with their own data practices.
Your choices and account deletion
You can ask to access or correct your information, change communication preferences, or request deletion. Use our account deletion page or email info@instanthire.qa. Account ownership may need to be verified. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
Retention and security
Data needed for the service is retained while your account is in use. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, dispute or fraud-prevention purposes after deletion. Contact support for the categories, reasons and applicable periods in your case. No fixed retention period is promised by this page. Do not send passwords or payment PINs to support.
Children and changes
The existing app policy states the service is not intended for children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information. This policy may be updated; check the review date and contact us with questions.
