Job search
A CV that sounds like you. And works for you.
A practical checklist for turning your real experience into a clear, relevant CV, with or without AI assistance.

Start with the role, then your experience
Read the job description and list the skills and responsibilities it actually asks for. Choose examples from your work, education or volunteering that demonstrate those requirements. A specific example is more useful than a long list of adjectives.
Keep your contact details current. Include a short professional summary, relevant experience, education and skills. If you are starting out, explain a project, placement or responsibility you have completed.
Let AI help with the wording, not the facts
Instant Hire Global includes AI-assisted CV generation. You can use it to organise your information and draft wording, then review the result before downloading or submitting it.
Check every employer name, date, qualification and achievement. Remove anything you cannot support. AI can make mistakes, and a generated draft does not guarantee an interview.
A final check before you apply
Use the CV tools in the app to prepare a draft, then make the final version your own.
- Match the CV to the specific vacancy.
- Use clear headings and short descriptions.
- Check spelling, dates and contact details.
- Open the downloaded PDF and check its layout.
- Keep a copy of the CV and vacancy for your interview.
