Read the details, not just the title
Check the company name, role, work location, responsibilities and application deadline. If important information is missing, ask the employer to clarify it before you commit.
Some vacancies link to an external application website. Check the destination and the employer's identity before sharing documents. An external application may follow a different privacy policy.
Keep sensitive information under your control
Do not share passwords, one-time codes or payment PINs with a recruiter. Review requests for identity documents carefully and use the platform's support channel if something seems wrong.
Do not treat a job listing or recommendation as a guaranteed offer. Hiring decisions are made by employers, and you should review the terms of any offer yourself.
If something does not feel right
Read our Code of conduct for the standards expected of both job seekers and employers.
- Pause the application.
- Keep the vacancy link and relevant messages.
- Contact Instant Hire Global through the Contact page.
- Avoid sending additional money or sensitive information while the issue is unresolved.
